What happens if I have an apprentice who started his/her apprenticeship with another company?
You are still entitled to a refund if there was an employer/sponsor transfer completed. If you’re unsure about this, contact us, and we will gladly help you find out.
How much will this cost?
We operate on a contingency basis, so it is completely based on how much money we get back for you. If you don’t get a refund, you don’t pay a fee. It’s as simple as that.
Can I make a claim for past years?
Yes. You can claim up to 4 years back. In some cases companies can claim even further back depending on when the original tax return was filed. We will gladly help you figure this out.
How long does the process take?
From your innitial appointment to receiving your refund, the process usually takes 2-3 months depending on the processing times at CRA.
